Rinse Water Recycling Systems for Zero Discharge Closed Loop Systems

Description:

  • The Rinse Water Recycle System utilizes advanced membrane separation technology, to produce high quality water for power washers & plating systems.

  • Contaminated water from the rinse stage is collected, purified and returned.  The concentrated dissolved solids are returned to the previous stage.

  • The system removes more than 98% of dissolved inorganic solids and 95% of total dissolved organic solids as well as all colloidal and suspended matter larger than 0.05 micron. 

  • The system can be outfitted on any size power washer with any number of rinse stages.

  • Modular design simplifies integration to existing washers.

  • Deionized water is required for the make-up of drag-out and evaporative losses, minimizing the introduction of dissolved solids to the system.
