1. How to order

To ensure a correct spare part delivery, the following informations are necessary:

Numbers of pieces, Part No. and Description

The number of pieces does not have to be identical with the numbers in the columns "numbers" of the lists. The numbers give you only the information of how often a part is included in an assembly group.

Following informations are necessary for a correct order:

• Billing address
• Delivery address
• Name of contact persons for further inquiries
• Way of delivery

Caution

Please refer to the spare parts list if you wish to order any spare parts. Refer to the drawings mentioned in the spare parts list for further information.

We can only accept liability for original spare parts supplied by the factory.

We explicitly draw your attention to the fact that we have not checked or approved other spare parts which have not been supplied by the factory. It is therefore possible that the installation and/or use of such products may detrimentally affect the design characteristics of the equipment and may therefore jeopardize their active and/or passive safety. Any liability cannot be accepted for damage resulting from the use of other spare parts or accessories that have not been supplied by the factory.

Please bear in mind that manufacturing and engineering specifications often apply to factory and supply parts and that the spare parts that we offer are in accordance with the latest state of the art.

2. Accessories

2.1 Fan spray nozzle (gap), assembly

2.2 Round spray nozzle, Extension 300 mm

2.3 Mounting the extension 300 mm (Deutsch / English)

Precondition:

The control unit resp. the high voltage generation must be turned off.

Course order:

1. Pull-off carefully the deflector cone (1).
2. Unscrew outer nut (2) (standard) from gun housing (4) and put aside (the outer nut is not necessary for the extension).
3. Pull-out the nozzle insert (3).
4. Unscrew outer nut (5/1) from the extension (5).

5. Slide the extension (5) into the gun housing (4) and tighten with outer nut (5/2).
6. Put nozzle insert (3) in the extension (5).
7. Tighten the nozzle insert (3) with the outer nut (5/1).
8. Put on carefully the deflector cone (1).
